Its aim is to invite artists to share practices and know-how, and to ask business professionals to reflect on issues affecting the industry today, in the form of round tables or conferences. Taking place over three days, it complements the REGARD programming to focus on the people who make the films we screen, from near and far. If the films we present are a journey, the Market is the tour guide showing us the points of interest to enhance the overall festival experience.
Although the networking activities organized by the Short Film Market are aimed at professionals, for the most part they are open to everyone and its public activities are free. Whether you're a newcomer, simply curious, an experienced film buff, a future or established filmmaker, you’re more than welcome to take part in all the green stuff marked on our calendar!
